Privacy policy

This Policy describes what personal data is collected on the site, why, how it is protected and what rights you have.
The data controller is индивидуальный предприниматель Саватьков Георгий Валерьевич, ИНН 772029499069, ОГРНИП 318774600579544 (the “Studio”).

1. What we collect
- What you wrote in the brief: your name, a contact (email address, Telegram handle or phone number), your answers to the brief questions and your project description.
- Technical data: device and browser details (device type, language, time zone, screen size), the landing page and referrer, a random device identifier, page views and clicks.
- Browser local storage: an unfinished brief is kept only in your browser so that it survives a closed tab. It reaches the server only when you press “Send”.
We do not ask for or collect special categories of data, documents or payment details.
2. Why we process it
- To reply to your brief and discuss the project with you.
- To improve the site using visit statistics and to find errors.
- To comply with the law.
3. Legal basis
Brief data is processed on the basis of your consent, which you give when you send the brief, and as required by law, including Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.
4. Who receives the data
Data is not sold or passed to third parties. The exception is competent authorities, where the law requires it.
Visit statistics are kept by the site itself, with no third-party trackers or ad networks. Fonts, scripts and images are served by the site itself: opening a page does not make your browser contact third-party services.
5. Storage and protection
Data is stored on a protected server. Organisational and technical measures apply: restricted access, encrypted connections (HTTPS), role separation inside the system, backups. Data is kept for as long as the purposes require and is deleted at your request.
6. Your rights
You may:
- obtain information about the processing of your data;
- request correction, blocking or deletion of your data;
- withdraw your consent;
- lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Roskomnadzor) or a court.

7. Changes
The Studio may update this Policy. The current version is always published on this page; its effective date is stated at the top.
