Consent to personal data processing

Effective from 3 October 2026.

By sending the brief on this site I freely, of my own will and in my own interest, consent to индивидуальный предприниматель Саватьков Георгий Валерьевич, ИНН 772029499069, ОГРНИП 318774600579544 (the “Controller”) processing my personal data:

• name;
• a contact: email address, Telegram handle or phone number;
• answers to the brief questions and the project description;
• technical device data and site visit statistics.

Purposes: to reply to the brief and discuss the project with me; to improve the site using visit statistics.

Operations: collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, correction, retrieval, use, anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction — with and without automated means.

The consent is valid until the purposes are achieved or until it is withdrawn. I may withdraw it at any time by writing to the Controller: почта hello@cherrystone.tech. After withdrawal the data is deleted unless the Controller has other lawful grounds to keep it.
